• Waitlist and standby not permitted.
  
• Ticketing must be completed within 24 hours after reservation.
• Minimum Stay: No minimum stay requirements
• Cancellation/Refund: Ticket is non-refundable (except airport taxes in case of involuntary cancellation). Any non-refundable amount remains non-refundable following a change.
• Rebooking: After ticketing: Charge USD50 plus applicable fare & taxes difference
• No Show: Charge USD100
• Rerouting: Not permitted (except involuntary)
• Discounts:  Infants 0 – 2 years (not occupying a seat): Charge 10% of the adult fare I Infants 0 – 2 years (occupying a seat): Charge 75% of the adult fare I Children 2 - 11 years: Charge 75% of the adult fare
• Miles: Payment with miles not permitted. Reward$ members will earn miles on their purchase.
