Emergency Support Services
We provide a
comprehensive service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to clients.
Any unexpected changes to travel plans are channeled through either our local 24-hour service number or our global 24-hour Emergency Assistance Service Centre dedicated to out-of-hours emergency calls.
This Service ensures our clients enjoy a seamless
travel service any time of the day or night. There is always an HRG RTN Consultant
available for after hours emergency service with a cell phone and laptop to
assist clients in case of an emergency. Consultants work on a weekly rotation
basis.
Travel Alerts
In today’s global
business environment, keeping our travellers informed about situations and
events is essential.
To meet this need of providing accurate and timely information to its
clients, Rennies Travel launched its enhanced travel alert service. It ensures that
corporate clients and their travellers are aware – both at the time of the bookings and during the
trip – of any incidents or potential problems that may impact their travel
arrangements.
News Letter
We send out a regular newsletter updating travellers of holiday specials globally, news and
changes in the travel markets, and important events.
Airline Loyalty
We understand that airline
memberships are vital for the frequent travellers and we ensure that loyalty
or account numbers are always loaded into each client’s booking profile so that
the miles are recorded accordingly.
Visas
Our consultants notify our clients at
the time of the booking request if a visa for the destinations is required. We
will then provide the necessary forms to be completed and assist in applying
for the visa.
Travel insurance
Rennies Travel Namibia will provide the best option
on travel insurance with a comprehensive range of benefits.
Foreign Exchange
A full foreign exchange service is offered. Namibia Bureau de Change is
an authorized representative of Thomas Cook and offers competitive rates, as
well as services such as delivery and collection. A wide selection of
currencies and denominations in both bank notes and travellers’ cheques are
available.
Airport Lounges
Economy Class travellers now also have access to business class lounges at a minimal fee. With Bidair Services Airport Lounges (Premier Club) in South Africa, you will experience superb service right up to boarding the aircraft.
Relax and freshen up while waiting for flights or simply
take advantage of the quiet environment to catch up on work. Access to the
lounges can be requested when bookings are made.
Airport Assistance
Bidair Services Handling offers total
ground assistance – from airport to airport, arrivals to departure and airport
to destination. No more missing of connection flights.
They are based at OR Tambo
International Airport (Johannesburg), Cape Town International Airport and King
Shaka International Airport (Durban).
World Rail Travel
Need a rail ticket or pass? We are
the agents in Namibia for World Travel (Rail Europe) and can book and issue any
ticket for our clients.
Group check in assistance
If you have booked your group travel
through Rennies Travel Namibia, we will gladly assist with the check-in at
the Hosea Kutako International Airport.
Lost Luggage assistance
Rennies Travel Namibia will assist wherever possible to locate the traveller’s lost
luggage

VIP “Meet & Greet” is an
essential component of executive travel globally. We will arrange the
requested “Meet & Greet” with the specified representative ensuring a
seamless and hassle-free experience.
